التحديات
واجه فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الخطوط الحديدية السعودية الكثير من العقبات في بادىء الأمر تمثلت في ورود الكثير من المكالمات من المستخدمين بخصوص الصعوبات الأمنية وعدم تمكنهم من حجز التذاكر وما إلى ذلك، وأصبح من المستحيل إدارة جميع تلك الشكاوى في آن واحد بل بالوتيرة المطلوبة لتحقيق رضا العملاء. حيث صرح مدير الفريق التقني في الشركة (SAR)، أن لديهم ما بين 25000 و 30000 مستخدم. كما أن النظام معتمد على عدد من البرامج مثل Active Directory AD و Microsoft Exchange. ولهذا فالفريق التقني يستقبل عددًا كبيرًا من المكالمات من مختلف المستخدمين للاستفسار حول حالة الأمان أو مشاكل تتعلق بصعوبات الوصول وإتمام أي عملية يرغبون بها.

الحل
